Equipped our employees with wide variety of practical training and theorical konwledge about access platforms is the most important duty for us. Our internal powerred access platform work training covers all aspects from customers service, or on site experience to most recent health and safety guidance . Also, we make sure that all powered access platform operators must receive Ipaf Training and IPAF Pal card about the special equipment that they will use before they start their role in the company.

Now I would like to share with you the orientation and training process story of our latest operator Kerem Kocabaş and this can provide the idea of how we well train our operators for their specific duties.

Kerem was first introduced the our company and collegues and informed about our company culture , visions and missions. Firstly, he completed the standard and work specific first-aid course (72 hours ) with successful results in practical and theorical exams , following this, he took 8 hours long health and safety taining. Thus, he completed the first part of our operator training successfully.

Second Part, involves service and maintanance of powered access platforms. Therefore, our service experts trained him to enhance and foster his knowledge about the basic components and equipments. This module of the training takes at least 80 hours.

Operator with IPAF Pal Card= Safety+ Expertise

For final stage of the training, we organized a Ipaf training for him in one of the approved training centres which is last one to two days and are a mixture of theory and practice, with a written and a practical test. The IPAF training programme for platform operators was developed by leading industry professionals. It is certified by TÜV as conforming to the international standard ISO 18878 Mobile elevating work platforms. This course trains a demonstrator to familiarise operators with their responsibilities and demonstrate pre-operational and safe operating procedures, and the limitations of MEWPs.

And after passing his practical and theorical exams , He received a PAL Card (Powered Access Licence), a safety guide, a log book and a certificate.

After successfully competing his training, he was feeling confident pre-operational and safe operating procedures.

Congratulations Kerem !!
